meridianhubpulse.com is operated solely by ZEN STAX LLC. We are an independent retailer and are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Google, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, Taboola, Outbrain or NewsBreak, even when you arrive here from an ad on those platforms.
Who may buy
You must be 18 or older and able to enter into a binding contract to order from us. By checking out you confirm that you are 18+ and that the payment method is yours or that you are authorized to use it.
Orders, prices and payment
Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout. Before you confirm payment you always see the full total: item price, any shipping cost and applicable taxes. No charge is added after that screen.
ZEN STAX sells one-time purchases only. There is no subscription, no membership, no auto-ship and no recurring charge of any kind. Your card is charged once per order.
An order is confirmed when payment is approved and we send the confirmation e-mail. We may cancel orders with pricing errors, stock errors or suspected fraud and refund any amount paid in full.
Product photos show example arrangements; individual modules, kits and accessories are described on each product page — check the piece count and dimensions listed there before ordering.
Shipping and refunds
Processing times, carriers, costs and tracking are described in our Shipping Policy. Delivery dates are estimates provided by the carrier.
Returns and refunds are covered by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
Safe use of the products
ZEN STAX boxes, trays, niches and dividers are storage products for household and office items. They are not step stools, ladders, seating, structural shelving or load-bearing building elements, and they are not toys.
Stack modules on a level surface, keep heavier items in the lower units, and do not climb on or overload them. Keep small parts and packaging away from children and pets.
Intellectual property
All content on the website — texts, photographs, product renders, kit names and the ZEN STAX brand — belongs to ZEN STAX or its licensors and may not be copied, resold or used in advertising without written permission.
No guarantee of results
How tidy, calm or functional a space becomes depends on individual factors such as the volume of items you own, your routine and the room itself. We do not promise specific outcomes, time savings or any particular "before and after" result.
Nothing on this site is health, therapeutic or psychological advice, and we make no claims about treating any condition.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including damage caused by misuse, overloading or improper stacking of the products.
Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States.
