Refund Policy

We want the modules you ordered to actually fit your drawer, counter or shelf. If they don't, this policy explains exactly how to return them and get your money back. Effective date: 2026-10-02.

Refund period

You may request a refund within 30 days of delivery, counted from the delivery date shown by the carrier's tracking.

Condition of the item

Items must be returned unused, with all accessories, manuals and the original packaging. Please include all pieces of a kit — lids, trays and dividers — and, whenever possible, the original packaging, which protects the modules in transit.

Returns shipping: paid by the customer for change-of-mind returns; paid by us for defective or incorrect items.

How to request

E-mail [email protected] with your order number and tell us which modules you want to return. We answer within 2 business days with return instructions and the return address.

Please wait for our instructions before shipping anything back, so your parcel can be identified and processed.

Damaged, wrong or missing items

If a module arrives cracked, warped or does not match what you ordered, write to [email protected] with your order number and photos of the item and the box. We will send a replacement or refund you — no return shipping cost to you in these cases.

How you are refunded

Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval; card statements may take one or two billing cycles to show it.

We refund the price of the returned items and, in the case of a full order cancellation before shipping, any shipping charge paid.

Cancellations and recurring charges

If your order has not shipped yet, e-mail [email protected] and we will cancel it and refund it in full.

ZEN STAX does not operate subscriptions, memberships or auto-ship plans, so there is nothing to cancel after your purchase and no recurring charge will ever appear on your statement.

Exceptions

Custom-made or personalized items cannot be returned, except in case of defect.
